The Trust has a number of Patient Information Leaflets. These are now available on this website and the number of leaflets available will grow significantly over the next few months.
They are ordered alphabetically and are available by clicking the links on the left-hand menu. So if, for example, you want to view the Patient Information Leaflet on 'Squint Surgery', click "S" on the menu.
As part of our ongoing development, the patient information leaflets are available in different formats via this website. They are also available in Braille and on Audio CD upon request. Please call the Patient Information Administrator 01942 77 3106 for Braille or Audio CD versions of the leaflets.
You can also email us for further information, questions, queries and suggestions on any aspect of our Patient Information Service. Please address your email to email@example.com.
