Boston House
Located close to Wigan town centre, Boston House is the base for Ophthalmology services and a number of community services including Physiotherapy.
Boston House opens Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm. Some clinics open at 8:00am. If you are unsure please contact the relevant clinic.

Leave the M6 at junction 27 (sign posted Wigan, Parbold, A5209), then at roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A5209
At T-junction turn right onto the A5209
At traffic signals turn right onto A49
At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A49
Follow A49 (Wigan Road), pass the Royal Albert Edward Infirmary and continue on through Wigan Centre
Continue past Wigan and Leigh College (on your right) and along Frog Lane. Go under the railway bridge and arrive at Wigan Health Centre (Boston House) on your right.Directions from the South
Leave the M6 at junction 25, exit onto A49 (Turn left at roundabout following A49)
At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto B5238/Poolstock Ln. Continue to follow B5238. Cross mini roundabout
Turn left at traffic lights following B5238/Chapel Ln. Continue to follow Chapel Ln.
Continue to follow A49 / River Way
Turn left at traffic lights (Mercure Oak Hotel on right) onto Powell Street / Northway
Continue past Wigan and Leigh College (on your right) and along Frog Lane. Go under the railway bridge and arrive at Wigan Health Centre (Boston House) on your right. - Car Parking
Wigan Health Centre has free car parking spaces, including disabled parking spaces. Visitors should note it is a busy facility and patients are advised to use public transport or be dropped off whenever possible.
