What to Bring With You

Storage space on the wards is limited. However,on some wards, you will be encouraged to change out of your night clothes whenever possible. You may like to bring something comfortable to wear, such as a tracksuit.

Please bring your personal toiletries including wet wipes, shaving kit or electric razor, towels, nightclothes, dressing gown and slippers. You may also like to bring some cordial and fruit. There may be times, for example between tests or treatments, when there is little for you to do. You may like to bring books, magazines, a personal stereo, letter writing materials, knitting or games to pass the time.
