Gender Pay Gap Reporting

Gender Pay Gap legislation requires all employers of 250 or more employees to publish their gender pay gap information by the 31st March 2018 and by the same date every subsequent year.

The Trust's gender pay gap information has been obtained from the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) standard reports that are nationally produced to ensure the NHS meet their gender pay gap reporting requirements.

The Trust believes that gender pay gap reporting is a valuable mechanism to provide greater pay transparency and is an opportunity for us to review our own gender pay gap information and benchmark ourselves against similar NHS organisations.

Actions in response to Trust's Gender Pay Gap data are incorporated into the Trust's Equality Delivery System action plan and are also included in the Trust's Gender Pay Gap reports which can be accessed here:
