I opted to undertake a Team Leader apprenticeship alongside my job, as it will assist my career progression in the future, ideally within WWL. This opportunity will provide me with the necessary knowledge, understanding, and qualification I need.

Since beginning my apprenticeship, I have received excellent support from Damar, my co-workers, and management.

Upon completing my course, I will experience a sense of accomplishment, as it has proven to be more challenging than I initially expected. However, I am confident that my future self will take great pride in this achievement.

I am fortunate to have strong support from both my apprenticeship provider and my colleagues as I navigate the next twelve months.
