2022 Council of Governor Elections
Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is currently holding elections to its Council of Governors. This is open to all members of the Trust and we would like to invite you to consider standing as a candidate.

Why should you consider becoming a Governor?
Being a Governor is a very rewarding and interesting role. Governors play a vital role in shaping the future direction of the Trust and the services provided to local communities. Governors represent the interests of the Trust’s membership which includes staff, patients, local residents, and the wider public. Becoming a Governor is a great way to expand your knowledge regarding what is going on in the Trust and the wider NHS.
