As work begins on WWL’s new Community Diagnostic Centre and Theatre scheme at our Leigh Infirmary site, those attending appointments at Leigh should be aware of potential car parking difficulties during this time.
While the commencement of work on this new development is excellent news for our patients and the Leigh Infirmary site, it will mean some public car parking at Leigh Health Centre will be reallocated from Monday 21st November 2022. From this date it is advised that those needing to attend appointments at our Leigh Infirmary site leave plenty of time to find suitable car parking.
This issue however is short term and additional car parking improvement works will be in place in the New Year.
