Qualifications: MB ChB, MRCP (UK), SCE in Infectious Diseases, DTM&H, Dip HIV, PGCert LTHE
Qualified from the University of Edinburgh in 2006 and worked in Scotland and London before taking up a specialty training post in Infectious Diseases and General Medicine in West Yorkshire in 2011. Completed specialty training in 2017 and worked as an Infectious Diseases consultant in Bradford for 18 months before moving to Wigan in 2019.
Special interest in education. Currently a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Health, Social Care and Medicine at Edge Hill University, working on a part-time basis. Working days at WWL are Wednesday and Thursday.
