Neonatal Unit
OVERVIEW:
There are 14 cots on the unit 1 ICU, 3 HDU and 10 SCBU. We are classed as a Local Neonatal Unit (also referred to as Level 2). This means we provide short term intensive care, high dependency care and special care for premature babies and term babies who need varying degrees of care following birth.
