Echocardiography Service - Community Services
OVERVIEW:
Our Community Echocardiography Service aims to ensure that Echocardiography is more accessible and readily available in a Community setting, and to provide a high quality service for community clinicians who feel that patients would benefit from an echo to aid ongoing clinical management.
- How can people access the service?
- Referrals will be accepted from:
- GPs
- Community Matrons
- Practice Nurses
- District Nurses
- Specialist Nurses
Referrals should be faxed to Boston House on 01942 482257, patients will receive an appointment with information regarding the test within seven days where possible.
