OVERVIEW:
The Taylor Neurological Rehabilitation Service is part of the Greater Manchester Neurorehabilitation network. The service is the post-acute and community arms of network.
- About Us
We provide intensive in-patient neurological rehabilitation in the unit whilst the community arm of the service provides ongoing therapy input.
Our team includes; Rehabilitation Consultants, Staff Grade doctor, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurses, Support Workers, a Consultant Psychologist and Speech & Language Therapists.
- Academic Activities
- Weekly in-service training Wednesdays 1-2 pm
- Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy student attachments.
- Greater Manchester Rehabilitation Medicine Specialist registrars teaching. Monthly half-day meetings. 2nd Wednesday PM. Hope Hospital.
